COVID-19 Update: Safety measures and Cancellation Policy
Our commitment to health, safety and security
Our highest priority is the health, safety and security of our guests and employees! In the management of Hotel, cleaning and hygiene have always been fundamental aspects, and now we have strengthened them even more.
In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted all the anti-Covid-19 safety measures required by the regional, national and WHO protocols. In-depth cleanliness and disinfection are carried out to ensure our guests’ safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out.
We are fortunate to be on a very quite island, the smallest one of the Canary Islands, far from the chaos of better known destinations such as Tenerife or Fuerteventura.
Our hotel only counts 5 rooms and you will not find people in line at the check-in or at the reception, no chaos in the restaurant, no lift, no crowd on the terrace.
Puntagrande Hotel is definitely the most intimate and isolated place you can find for your holiday where safety and privacy are given with no effort.
Cancellation policy Update
Effective May 1st, 2020, we have implemented the following updates to our cancellation policy, introducing a reimbursable rate in order to offer you more flexibility and planning comfort. Therefore we have created a new standard reimbursable rate beside our previous standard non-reimbursable rate.
● For new reservations made after May 1st, 2020, for any future arrival date at Hotel Puntagrande, the standard reimbursable rate is available: changes to the reservation are possible until 30 days before your arrival data, but will be subject to availability and any rate differences. You can cancel your reservation FREE with no penalties ONLY UNTIL 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
● For existing reservations made prior to May 1, 2020 for any future arrival date at Hotel Puntagrande, the terms applied at the moment of the booking remain unvaried (non-refundable rate).
