– Cancellation: Puntagrande Hotel is the world’s smallest hotel and only has 5 exclusive rooms. Given the unique position of our Hotel and the high request for our rooms, we apply a Non-Refundable Policy: it is not possible to modify or cancel your reservation and no refund is possible.
– No-show policy: no refund is possible in case of no-show. The total amount of the reservation is charged.
– Payment: The reservation process requires you to provide a credit card number to confirm and finalize your reservations, as well as a contact telephone number and your email address so that we may send you notifications regarding the status of your reservations. Your credit card will be charged by Hotel Puntagrande for the total reservation price at the time of booking.
